Our Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Washington state and is made with organic grapes. We removed the alcohol leaving less than 0.5% ABV, and added organic functional ingredients such as ashwagandha and reishi, as well as other organic, all natural ingredients for optimal taste and mouthfeel.

You can expect to taste notes of black currant, cherry, vanilla and grape.

A great substitute

Flavorful NA option, although it is much sweeter than a traditional cab. I love the adaptogens.. very calming and a great way to end the day!

Finally - a NA wine with adaptogens!

I had this wine at a pop-up NA dinner in Williamsburg (shout out Third Place Bar NYC) and IMMEDIATELY went to find where I could order some for home. I stopped drinking alcohol a couple of years ago but haven’t been able to find a NA wine with anything functional in it to help me unwind in the evening. Not only is this wine so yummy, it makes me very relaxed and is great to have a glass or two before bedtime. It’s slightly sweeter than cab savs I’m used to, but I like that. Obsessed - my whole household will definitely continue to buy this wine regularly.

End of the day chill out

I loved unwinding with a glass or 2 of wine at the end of the day but as I hit my 40s even 1 alcoholic drink was leaving me with a hangover. It's been almost a year since I've had a drink and I was starting to miss the ritual of a calming glass of wine. Allay is a great replacement. While it is sweeter than alc wine it gives me a nice chilled out feeling after a sip or 2. It also helps me to feel like I'm part of the group when I'm with drinkers.
